Around the Table Traditional Cohort (W2)

This application invites faith leaders to join Around the Table's dynamic learning cohorts. 

Participants will receive personalized coaching and access to curated faith practices and resources. This program is designed to equip faith leaders with practical tools and strategies to nurture the Christian faith of children and youth, fostering spiritual growth in all of life's ups and downs.

Throughout this journey, participants will explore ways to strengthen intergenerational connections, enrich faith development within households, and empower caregivers to cultivate a deeper sense of spiritual belonging. This initiative is all about helping faith communities grow and thrive by embracing their role in supporting young people’s faith in God through the life and example of Jesus Christ. It aligns with the broader mission of the Around the Table Initiative, building stronger connections and a deeper sense of purpose.

What to Expect:
Team Cohorts: Each cohort will consist of 2-3 church teams. Each church/faith community is invited to form a team of 2-3 members to join the cohort. Your team should include at least one children’s or youth ministry leader (paid or volunteer), an adult supporter (such as a parent, caregiver, or grandparent), and, if possible, the head of staff or other pastoral leader.

Individual Cohorts: For those faith leaders who are the only person from your church/faith community to participate in the cohort and will not have a team of 2-3. You will be in a cohort of 6-8 other individual church leaders.

Your Commitment:
Cohort participation is free! Your team is committing to participate in a cohort for a minimum of 6-9 months, with flexibility to extend based on your cohort’s plans. To support your commitment, each faith community that actively participates in the cohort sessions will receive $1,500 to host a concluding intergenerational retreat.

Around the Table staff will confirm your cohort group in mid to late July. Cohorts start in August.
